关于智慧水利的认识与思考

Understanding and thinking of smart water conservancy

  • 摘要: 智慧水利是运用物联网、云计算、大数据等新一代信息通信技术,促进水利规划、工程建设、运行管理和社会服务的智慧化,提升水资源的利用效率和水旱灾害的防御能力,改善水环境和水生态,保障国家水安全和经济社会的可持续发展。智慧水利是水利信息化发展的新阶段,也是水利现代化的具体体现。信息是智慧水利的基础,要高度重视信息的收集、监测和分析;知识是智慧水利的核心,要应用新的信息技术,加强信息的挖掘、提取和知识的积累;能力提升是智慧水利的目的,要着重提升流域的监测能力、预测预报能力、调度决策能力和运行管理能力。

     

    Abstract: Smart water conservancy is to use the new generation of information and communication technologies such as the internet of things, cloud computing, big data, etc. to promote the intelligence of water conservancy planning, engineering construction, operation management and social services, improve the utilization efficiency of water resources and the defense ability of flood and drought disasters, improve the water environment and water ecology, and ensure the national water security and sustainable development of economy and society. Smart water conservancy is a new gradation of water conservancy informatization development and a concrete embodiment of water conservancy modernization. Information is the foundation of smart water conservancy, and we should attach great importance to the collection, monitoring and analysis of information. knowledge is the core of intelligent water conservancy, and we should apply new information technology to strengthen the mining, extraction and knowledge accumulation of information. Knowledge is the core of smart water conservancy. New information technology should be applied to strengthen information mining, extraction and knowledge accumulation. Capacity improvement is the purpose of smart water conservancy, which should focus on improving the monitoring capability, forecasting capability, dispatching decision-making capability and operation management capability of the river basin.
