河道型水库动库调洪模型构建及应用

A flood regulation model for river type reservoir considering dynamic capacity

  • 摘要: 在河道型水库实时洪水预报调度中,动库容的影响不容忽视.采用中心形式的有限体积法构建飞来峡水库动库调洪一维模型,并基于黎曼近似解方法,应用HLLC格式计算界面通量,确保数值解的空间同步性和计算成果的精度.利用构建的动库调洪模型对飞来峡水库4种典型年型的16种设计洪水工况进行模拟计算,并与静库调洪成果进行比较,结果表明飞来峡水库动库调洪效应明显.研究成果在我国其他河道型水库防洪决策中具有较高推广应用价值.

     

    Abstract: Dynamic capacity of reservoir plays a vital role in real time flood forecasting of the river-type reservoir. In this study, an one-dimensional dynamic capacity flood regulating model for Feilaixia reservoir is developed by use of the centric finite volume method. Based on Riemann approximate solution method, the HLLC format is used to calculate the interface flux, and therefore the space synchronis and accuracy of numerical solution are improved. The Feilaixia reservoir flood characteristics under 16 designed flood conditions of four typical years are analized by use of the developed dynamic capacity flood regulating model. Compared with the static capacity flood regulating calculation, the Feilaixia dynamic capacity flood regulation results show that the dynamic capacity significantly affects river-type reservoir flood routing. The dynamic capacity flood regulating model of Feilaixia reservoir could be applied to the flood control decision of other river-type reservoirs in the future.
