三峡升船机塔柱结构的抗震优化设计

Structural dynamic characteristics and optimizationof tower for ship lift in Three Gorges Project

  • 摘要: 通过1∶100的弹性相似模型,应用实验模态分析的时域法,识别了三峡升船机塔柱结构的模态参数。利用传统的振型分解反应谱法,初估了塔柱结构的振动位移。经计算机仿真输入地震波(时程分析法),估算了典型节点振动位移与柱顶结点的相对位移时程曲线及其特征值。运用结构动特性的灵敏度分析,对原设计进行动态优化设计,估算证明,修改设计的抗震性能较原设计有较大的改善。

     

    Abstract: The safe operation for the tower structure of ship lift acting by the earthquakes load on Three Gorges Project is investigated by an elasticity similar model scaling 1: 100 in this paper. By using an time-domain method of experimental modal analysis technique, the modal parameters of the tower structure are identificated. The amplitudes of the tower structure are preliminary estimated by a classical response spectra of resolved mode shape. The time-histories for amplitude of the typical measuring points and for relative amplitude of the measuring points of the tower top, and its statistical values are estimated by computerized simulation using an input of earthquake ground motion. After the sensitivity analysis of structural dynamic characteristics the optimum design of tower structure is proposed. Calculated results are proved that the anti-seismic capability of the tower structure for the modified design is better than original.
