黄河下游防洪新方案的初探

Preliminary study on flood-control of Yellow River's lower beaches

  • 摘要: 通过对黄河58型下大洪水各级频率的洪峰过程的洪水推演、分洪计算表明,利用温孟滩区、沁南洼地和长垣滩区蓄洪,可以削减特大洪水时花园口和孙口的洪峰流量。极大地减轻了洪水对大堤的压力,以较小的投入和淹没损失,取得较大的防洪效益。因此,利用滩区削峰滞洪是一种有效的措施。

     

    Abstract: The results from computation on flood process at various frequncy of the Type 58 lower large flood have pointed out that the new scheme by using Weneng beach,Qinnan depression and Changyuan beach could cut down the folld peak at Huayuankou and Sunkou, which drastically lightens the press from flood on the embankment. The paper brings out that it is a good idea to depress flood peak and detent flood water by utilizing beaches.
