Abstract: Based on the theory of production development planning for country resettlement,a principle and method of resettlement production development planning is provided. How to decide the reasonal structure of land for the agricultural production and many models of production development planning such as planting scheme,foresting and fruiting scheme and animal and sea production scheme are developed. A models of the planning of investment project for resettlement to develop the second and the third production is given.
