An anti - corrosion design for bridge reinforced concrete of tide barrier on Duliujian river

  • 摘要: 根据独流减河闸的腐蚀环境,选择了粉煤灰双掺砼加NaNO2阻锈剂的防腐方案。设计了防腐蚀砼的配合比,检验了砼的抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性能和透气性。最后,推荐了防潮闸三桥钢筋砼的最佳配方。

     

    Abstract: According to the corrosion circumstance of Duliujian river tide barrier, the concrete incorporating fly ash, superplasticizer and NaNO2 inhibitor is chosen in order to prevent the reinforcement in concrete from corrosion. The proportion of the concrete is designed.Compressive strength, permeability of the concrete to chloride ions and permeability of gases in the concrete are examined. Finally, a best proportion for the concrete of three bridges of Duliujian river gate is recommended.
