宾汉极限切应力的研究

Study on Bingham yield stress of hyperconcentration fluid

  • 摘要: 本文对含沙高浓度流体的极限含沙浓度、刚度系数和宾汉极限切应力进行了理论和试验研究,得出了相应的计算式。各计算式均得到试验资料的验证,尤其是得到了轻质沙-电木粉试验资料的验证,且吻合良好。

     

    Abstract: The hyperconcentration mixture of fine particles belongs to the category of Bingham fluid. For such fluid, Bingham yield stress and viscosity factor are two important parameters, and a lot of formulas were given,most of them are empirical. However, the application of these formulas are limited owing to that the grain size distributions are not well considered. In this paper,the maximum concentration, as well as the viscosity and Bingham yield stress of hyperconcentration fluid which consists of both natural sediments and bakelite powder are studied theoretically and experimentally, and calculating formulas are developed. All the formulas obtained are in good agreement with the experimental data measured by the authors as well as by other investigators.
