用离子束注入法改善金属材料抗空蚀性能

Use of ion - beam implantation technique for improving cavitation resistance of metal materials

  • 摘要: 本文简要地介绍了应用离子束注入技术改善水力机械金属材料的抗空蚀能力。选用45#钢、A3钢和0Cr13Ni4CuMo合金钢三种材料试作,进行了离子注入的抗空蚀试验。结果表明,该技术能明显增强金属材料的抗空蚀能力。

     

    Abstract: To improve the cavitation resistance of metal materials for hydraulic machinery the use of an ion - beam implantation technique is briefly presented in this paper. To select three material specimens, i. e. 45 steel, A3 steel and 0Cr13Ni4CuMo alloy steel the tests on improving the cavitation resistance of specimens are carried out. These results show that this technique can evidently increase cavitation resistance of metal materials.
