Abstract: This paper deals with the special feature, workable environment, function and structure of the computer management analysis system for prototype observation data of earth -- rock dam. Examples of engineering have proved the system is very reliable. The system includes data base module, graph base module, analysis forecast module of deformation and seepage observation materials et cetera. The system has settled the preservation of data, drawing of graph and analysis forecast of prototype observation materials.
