Application of new method for inspecting the quality of stone column

  • 摘要: 碎石桩加固质量的检测以往都是采用静载荷试验,由于载荷试验的影响深度有限,试验结果只能代表表层碎石桩的质量。本文介绍了一种碎石桩质量检测的新方法,将碎石桩桩身静力触探与静载荷试验进行综合比较测定的方法,从而可以较准确地测定整个加固深度范围的碎石柱质量,经过多年来在工程实践中应用,证明此法简单有效,值得推广。

     

    Abstract: Static loading test was used for inspecting the quality of soil improvement using stone column method usually before. But the result of static loading test is only represented the improvement quality of the topsoil and the top of stone column, because the influence depth of loading test is limited. A new method for inspecting the quality of the stone column is described in the paper. The new method includes combination and comparison of CPT test and static loading test. The quality of the stone column in total improvement depth can be determined accurately by the new method,and it has been demonstrated as a good,effective and simple inspecting method by its application for many years.
