Abstract: Urban stormwater management system is very important for urban production and life. Urban stormwater management system with rational structure and function is necessary to improve management effectiveness, reduce the error in decision and lower the impact of urban stormwater. Under the support of GIS, this paper develops the structure and function design of a urban stormwater management system with the spatial data analysis of GIS, and combines graphic and data in system to improve the effectiveness and accuracy.
