Numerical modeling of flood propagation and flood risk analysis of detention basin

  • 摘要: 一、二维联合洪水演进数值模型可反映蓄、滞洪区内分洪洪水沿河槽纵向泄流和河槽内、外的横向水流交换过程 ;用通度系数模拟蓄、滞洪区复杂边界 ;采用模糊区划模式将蓄、滞洪区划分为 5类风险区 ,并绘制洪水风险图 ;在此基础上 ,对洪水风险进行定量评估

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a 1 D and 2 D combined numerial model of flood propagation is presented. In the model, the partial cell parameter is applied to treat complex boundaries in the flood plain, such as roads, embankments, blocks and culverts. Using this model, the propagation of the diverted flood in the detention basin is simulated successfully. In order to map the risk, a fuzzy model is used to divide the whole basin into 5 sub areas. Then, based on the flood risk map, a quantitative risk analysis system is developed to predict, control and scale the risk of the flood.
