Information system for sustainable development of water resources

摘要: 阐述了水利可持续发展信息系统的意义，作用、目标与功能、在分析其特点的基础上，设计了系统的总体结构，建立了BWD模式处理流程，并探讨了系统的安全机制。

Abstract: The author describes the significance, target and functions of the information system for sustainable development of water resources. General framework and safety curtains of the system are designed based on its characteristics, and flow chart of BWD mode is developed.
