Stability experiment of underwater face-plate on sloping dyke in Qiantangjiang Estuary

  • 摘要: 通过潮浪水槽中的斜坡式土堤模型试验,分析了涌潮作用下混凝土护面板的稳定性。试验表明,涌潮动力条件决定着护面板的底端高程,即面板的总宽度,面板的厚度与涌潮强弱的关系不大。

     

    Abstract: Through model tests of a sloping soil dyke in a tidal flume, the stability of the concrete face plate under the action of tide is analyzed. It can be seen from the tests that the bottom elevation of the face plate (or the breadth of the face plate) is determined by the dynamic condition of tide, while the thickness of the plate bears little relation to the strength of tide.
