水利水电工程中钢结构耐候涂料的研制

Development of weather-proof coatings for steel structures in water conservancy & hydroelectric projects

  • 摘要: 用丙烯酸树脂对有机硅树脂和有机氟树脂进行改性,通过对交联剂、颜料和助剂等的筛选后,得到了具有高耐候和防腐蚀性能的涂料。该涂料的涂层经室内盐雾腐蚀加速试验5000h、室内人工光老化加速试验3000h和耐化学试剂性测试,品质均佳。

     

    Abstract: High powered weather proof and anti corrosive coatings were developed by modifying silicone resin, or fluorine resin with acrylic resin, and by selecting suitable curing agents, pigments, additives and so on. The coating film behaves well after salt fog speedy corrosive testing for 5 000 hours, speedy ultra violet aging testing for 3 000 hours, and anti chemicals tests.
