引水钢管内壁阴极保护试验研究

Experimental study of cathodic protection for internal surface of intake steel pipes

  • 摘要: 采用外加电流和牺牲阳极对两种不同内径的引水钢管内壁进行阴极保护试验。试验结果表明,内径小的钢管,其内壁电位分布不均匀,保护范围小,流动淡水情况下钢管内壁的极化电位分布较静止淡水时不均匀。内径大的钢管,其内壁电位分布均匀,保护范围大。

     

    Abstract: The cathodic protection tests for internal surface protection of the intake steel pipes with different internal diameters by impressed current and sacrificial anode methods are carried out. Test results show that, for the small dimension pipe, the distribution of the potential at internal surface is non uniform, that the protection scope is small, and that the polarization potential at internal surface distributes more non uniformly in flowing fresh water than in resting water, while the potential is well distributed with a large protection scope for the big dimension pipe.
