Discussion on examination methods of discharge capacity of plastic drainboard and equivalent opening size of filter

  • 摘要: 讨论了现行行业标准《塑料排水板质量检验标准》中排水带通水量和滤膜等效孔径的检测方法.分析了土介质法和乳胶膜法检测塑料排水带通水量的差别,以及温度修正的局限性.最后,建议检测排水带通水量时采用乳胶膜法,排水带滤膜等效孔径O95采用小于0.075mm.

     

    Abstract: The examination methods of the discharge capacity of plastic drainboards and the equivalent opening size of filters in the current Quantity Inspection Specifications for Plastic Drainboard are discussed. The differences of the discharge capacity of plastic drainboards produced by two kinds of examination methods (one is soil media method and the other is rubber membrane method) are analyzed, and the shortcoming of the correction of the temperature is also analyzed. Finally, the rubber membrane method is suggested to examine the discharge capacity of plastic drainboards, and the filter's equivalent opening size O_(95) of the plastic drainboard is suggested to be less than 0.075 mm.
