Laboratory error analyses of geosynthetic materials

  • 摘要: 运用数理统计方法,分析了国内各实验室对土工合成材料(土工膜、针刺土工布和塑料格栅)的物理、水力学和力学特性进行联合检测的结果,从而确定各实验室间的检测结果有无系统误差,以及检测结果的可信度.分析结果表明,各实验室对土工膜和针刺土工布物理特性的检测结果无系统误差,检测结果有可信度;但土工合成材料水力学和力学特性的检测结果差别较大,各实验室间的检测结果有系统误差.

     

    Abstract: The joint test results of physical, hydraulic and mechanical characteristics of geosynthetic materials (such as geomembrane, nonwoven fabric and geogrid) are analyzed by use of the mathematic statistical method so as to see whether or not there is any system error in the test results among laboratories and to see the reliability of test results is ensured. Analysis results show that there is no system error of physical characteristics of the geomembrane and nonwoven fabric among laboratories and the test results are reliable, and that there do exist system errors in test results of hydraulic and mechanical characteristics of geosynthetic materials among laboratories.
