航道网综合评价的多指标灰色关联决策模型

Decision-making model of gray correlation for comprehensive evaluation of waterway net

  • 摘要: 针对航道网综合评价中需要进行多属性、多指标决策的特点,利用在“奖优罚劣”原则基础上建立的-1,1线性变换算子,寻求决策方案的正、负理想方案,计算评价方案与正、负理想方案的关联度,建立了航道网综合评价的灰色关联度决策模型.计算实例的结果表明,该模型计算简捷,分辨程度较高,稳定性也好,可应用于航道网的综合评价.

     

    Abstract: According to the decision-making characters of the multiple-attribute and multiple-index system for comprehensive evaluation of waterway net,a linear changing operator in is developed by use of the rule of "Rewarding the Good and Punishing the Bad".A decision-making model of gray correlation for comprehensive evaluation of waterway net is established by finding the positive and negative ideal percepts and calculation of the correlation degrees between the appraisal percept and the positive and negative ideal percepts.Calculation results of a practical example show that the model can be used in the comprehensive evaluation of waterway nets with simple and rapid calculation,high resolution,and good stability.
