Stability calculation of crane beam by 3-D non-linear finite element method during running period

  • 摘要: 采用M arc有限元计算软件,建立了岩壁吊车梁运行期三维非线性有限元分析模型.分别计算了III、IV类围岩设扶壁柱(梁下1.5 m或5.0 m)与不设扶壁柱的岩壁吊车梁结构的应力和位移.基于摩擦理论和矢量几何条件,给出了计算岩壁吊车梁整体抗滑稳定安全系数的计算式.计算结果表明,设扶壁柱的岩壁吊车梁受力合理,且能提高吊车梁的整体抗滑稳定安全系数.
