  • 摘要: 多标段工程项目管理中,经常会遇到衔接标段的控制问题.上一标段的施工输出会直接影响下一标段的施工输入,当输出与输入之间的协调差达不到啮合状态时,会导致整个施工系统的不稳定.考虑标段内及标段间的转移偏差,再应用标段协调差啮合原理,根据集对理论可计算各标段的协调差之间的联系角.最后,根据设定的三角稳定阈值,可判断施工系统的稳定性,为工程管理人员提供科学的过程控制依据.
