混凝土中钢筋锈蚀产物模量特性研究

Experimental studies on characteristics of modulus of reinforcement corrosion products in concrete

  • 摘要: 采用固结试验研究了不同锈蚀产物压缩模量值的变化规律。通过水泥细度负压筛析仪,得到锈样粒径范围为0.01~0.05 mm,0.05~0.08 mm,0.08~0.10 mm和0.10~0.32 mm的4种锈样;使用KH-7700三维视频显微系统分别观测锈样颗粒尺寸,得到各组锈样的等效粒径;最后对4种粒径范围的锈样分别进行固结试验。试验结果表明:锈蚀产物压缩模量不是一个定值,而是随着压应力的增加线性增大;在相同应力水平下,平均粒径相近锈样压缩模量的大小与其化学成分相关,锈蚀物氧化越充分,其压缩模量值随压应力增加变化幅度越小。设锈蚀产物为弹性材料,锈蚀产物泊松比为0.25,经分析推导得到钢筋混凝土构件保护层表面锈胀开裂时,锈蚀产物弹性模量值介于0.017~0.733 GPa之间。此值可为研究钢筋锈蚀致混凝土开裂选取分析参数提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Oedometer tests have been carried out to study the change rules of the compression modulus values in different corrosion products. The rust samples were divided into four groups (0.01~0.05 mm, 0.05~0.08 mm, 0.08~0.10 mm and 0.10~0.32 mm) by the cement fineness negative pressure sieve analyzer. The equivalent diameter of each group could be obtained through KH-7700 3D video microscopy system respectively. The oedometer tests of the rust samples of four particle size ranges have been made and analyzed respectively. Analysis results show that the compression modulus of the reinforcement corrosion products is not a constant value, but is increasing linearly with the increase of the compressive stress. The compression modulus of the reinforcement corrosion products of similar average particle size is related to its chemical composition under the same stress level. The rangeability of the compression modulus value would be smaller with the increase of the compressive stress when the corrosion products are more fully oxidized. Assuming that the reinforcement corrosion products are of elastic materials and their poisson′s ratio is 0.25, the elastic modulus values are between 0.017 GPa and 0.733 GPa when the concrete cover gets cracking due to the steel bar corrosion expansion, which can provide references for selecting analysis parameters in studies of concrete cracking induced by reinforcement corrosion.
