长江叙渝段航道最大开发尺度研究

Study on the maximum waterway dimension of the Yibin-Chongqing reach in the upper Yangtze River

  • 摘要: 长江上游叙渝段航道尺度不足问题日益凸显,评估该段航道最大开发尺度对其建设规划具有重要意义。采用叙渝段实测水文地形数据,对稳定航深法中的河相关系参数和水深修正系数进行改进:基于2230 m3/s、12100 m3/s和20291 m3/s三级特征流量下的实测水位,获得了河相关系参数随流量的变化关系,朱沱站实测数据验证表明枯水期较可靠;引入断面形状系数,建立了水深修正系数随设计航道宽度的变化关系。基于改进后的稳定航深法计算叙渝段航道最大开发尺度,结果表明叙渝段通过航道整治能达到Ⅱ级航道3.5 m×100 m及Ⅰ级航道4.5 m×150 m的设计标准,向家坝下泄流量相对设计流量增加400 m3/s可提升航道水深0.39 m左右。所提的改进稳定航深法简化了航道最大开发尺度的计算过程,可为叙渝段后续的航道建设规划提供支撑。

     

    Abstract: As the problem of inadequate waterway dimension in the upper Yangtze River is becoming increasingly prominent, it is important to evaluate the maximum dimension for waterway construction and planning. In this paper, the hydrological and topographic data measured in the Yibin-Chongqing reach are used to improve the river hydraulic geometry relation and water depth correction coefficient of the traditional stable waterway depth method. Based on the measured water levels of three characteristic flow discharges of 2230 m3/s, 12100 m3/s and 20291 m3/s, the relationship between the river hydraulic geometry parameters and flow discharge is obtained, and the measured data of Zhutuo station indicate that the relationship is reliable in the dry period. In addition, by introducing the cross-sectional shape coefficient, the relationship between the water depth correction coefficient and the design waterway width is established. The maximum waterway dimension of the Yibin-Chongqing section is calculated using the improved stable waterway depth method, and the results show that the waterway dimension of the Yibin-Chongqing reach can meet the standards for class-Ⅱ waterway 3.5 m×100 m and for class-Ⅰ waterway 4.5 m×150 m. The flow discharge increase of 400 m3/s for Xiangjiaba, compared with the designed value, can increase the waterway depth by about 0.39 m. This paper proposes an improved stable waterway depth method, which simplifies the calculation process of the maximum waterway dimension. It can provide support for the subsequent waterway construction and planning of the Yibin-Chongqing reach.
