Discussion on the construction concept and scheme of Pinglu Canal

  • 摘要: 平陆运河是我国数百年来规模最大的江海连通运河,建设平陆运河对区域社会经济发展将产生积极而深远的影响。结合西江黄金水道建设和运行管理实践,从建设目标、指导思想、建设理念、功能规划及航道和船闸等级规模主尺度等多角度入手,剖析了平陆运河建设需关注的核心问题和重点技术问题,提出了统筹建设平陆运河工程的总体方案。研究结果可为平陆运河建设方案的最终确定提供技术参考,亦可为我国未来类似运河工程规划建设提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Pinglu Canal is the largest river sea connecting canal in China for hundreds of years. The construction of Pinglu Canal will have a positive and far-reaching impact on regional social and economic development. Based on the construction and operation management practice of Xijiang Golden Waterway, as well as the enlightenment brought by Lingqu Canal and Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal, this paper analyzes the core issues and key technical issues that need to be highlighted in the construction of the Pinglu Canal, and puts forward the overall plan for the overall construction of the Pinglu Canal Project, starting with the construction goals, construction guidelines, construction concepts, functional planning, and the principal dimensions of the waterway and ship lock levels. The analysis and research results can provide a technical reference for the final determination of Pinglu Canal construction scheme, and can also provide a reference for the planning and construction of similar canal projects in China in the future.
