Characteristics and applications of top gap slit flow at reversed tainter valve on lock with high lift

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了高水头船闸门顶缝隙流的1:1切片模型试验及其机理;阀门段廊道减压模型中的通气部位比较试验;门楣通气方式以及两座船闸门楣自然通气措施的实际应用情况。原型观测成果表明,门楣自然通气不仅可减免顶止水缝隙空化,而且可抑制阀门底缘空化,改善船闸运行条件。

     

    Abstract: In this paper the research results of the top gap slit now at reversed tainter valve on lock with high lift are presented, which include: the study of the slit now in 1: 1 slice model and its theorem, alternative tests in depression model on different air - entrainment position of the culvert near the valve, the researches about means of top seal aeration and its application on two locks. Prototype observation indicates that the top seal natural aeration can eliminate or greatly reduce the top gap cavitation and significantly improve the operation conditions of lock.
