An experimental study of adhesive for coating polyethylene on steel-tube piles

  • 摘要: 采用正交设计法研究聚乙烯/钢的热熔粘接剂,得到了择优配方。同时,还测试了环境温度、材质的表面处理等对其粘接强度的影响,以及耐腐蚀性能,另外,还将择优配方粘接剂与部分市售热熔粘接剂进行了性能比较。

     

    Abstract: A high quality heat melt adhesive for coating polyethylene on steel-tube piles is developed. At the same time, the effect of different test temperature and of the steel surfaces treated by different methods on adhesive strength are studied.On the other hand,in order to use it in sea environment,the author tests the chosen adhesive's anticorrosion character and compares it with other adhesives in different aspects.
