三种铜基船闸易损件的耐磨性研究

Research on the anti-wear ability of three copper based easily worn ship lock components

  • 摘要: 本文对三种铜基材料进行了磨损分析研究,采用销盘试验机在水润滑和锂基脂润滑条件下对材料进行了对比试验。结果发现,被测试材料的磨损机理在水润滑条件下为犁沟和塑性涂抹两种;在锂基脂+ 3% MoS2 润滑条件下主要是犁沟磨损;HB200 热处理的CuNiCoBe 材料耐磨性最好

     

    Abstract: Ping on disc tester is used to test the anti wear ability of 3 kinds of copper based materials under water lubrication and lithium grease 3% MoS 2 lubrication. Under water lubrication, the wear mechanism is ploughing and plastic deformation. Under lithium grease 3% MoS 2 lubrication, the main wear mechanism is ploughing. CuNiCoBe with HB200 hardness has the best anti wear ability among the tested materials.
