矿渣混凝土在浓盐水中的防腐蚀性能

Anti-corrosion performance of slag concretein high-concentration salty solution

  • 摘要: 针对某沿海核电站输电线路钢筋混凝土塔基穿越晒盐池的腐蚀环境,设计了矿渣混凝土和普通混凝土在浓盐水中的腐蚀试验.试验结果表明,在浓盐水干湿循环的腐蚀条件下,掺矿渣的混凝土抗氯离子渗透的能力显著好于普通混凝土,因而,能延缓钢筋混凝土内的钢筋开始腐蚀的时间和降低钢筋腐蚀速率.

     

    Abstract: Considering the corrosion condition of the saline pool in which the reinforced concrete foundation of a transmission line of a seaside nuclear power station sits, corrosion experiments for slag concrete and ordinary Portland concrete in high-concentration salty solution are designed. Test results show that the anti-permeability of chloride ion of the slag concrete is higher than that of the ordinary concrete. So, the slag concrete can delay the time when the reinforcing bar starts to corrode, and can reduce the corrosion rate of the reinforcing bar.
