喷射硅粉混凝土(砂浆)在船闸修补中的应用

Application of concrete (mortar) jet in shiplock repairing

  • 摘要: 结合盐邵船闸闸室墙体的修补,进行了喷射硅粉细石混凝土(砂浆)的现场喷射及室内性能试验.试验结果表明,潮喷硅粉细石混凝土的抗压、抗拉、抗折强度、抗冲磨强度以及与基底的粘接强度均满足设计要求,可作为船闸闸室墙体的修补材料.

     

    Abstract: For the lock chamber wall repairing project of the Yanshao Lock, the in-situ injection tests of silica concrete with fine stones and properties tests of the sprayed concrete in laboratory are carried out. Test results show that the wet-injection silica concrete with fine stones can meet the design demands such as the compressive strength, the tensile strength, the flexural strength, the wearing-resistant and bonding strength between the concrete and the base, and that the concrete can be used as a repairing material for lock chamber walls.
