  • 摘要: 通过在荷兰的学习考察,了解了荷兰海岸防治海水入侵的制度、技术措施及管理方法,对比中国沿海海水入侵的治理情况,从海水入侵研究的发展历史、研究水平,海水入侵的形式、治理措施等方面分析了我国的具体情况和防治水平.并针对荷兰沿海海堤形式,通过有限元方法分析了不同注水施工方式对海水入侵的影响程度.认为借鉴荷兰防治海水入侵的经验和技术应有所选择,其制度和技术措施不一定完全适合中国的情况.
