西江航运干线桂平二线船闸设计关键技术

Key techniques adopted for the Guiping 2nd lane lock on Xijiang River

  • 摘要: 桂平二线船闸是西江航运干线上首座3 000 t级船闸,建设规模大,技术复杂,其成功建设将为促进西江航运干线扩建为Ⅰ级航道,提升通过能力起到积极推动作用.建成投入营运以来,船舶进出闸顺畅,输水系统消能效果好,一次过闸船舶数基本为一线船闸的2.5倍,过闸效率显著提高.对桂平二线船闸总体布置、改建公路选线、引航道布置、改善口门区水流条件的措施、输水系统、闸室墙结构、降低反向水头对一线船闸影响、保证基坑干地施工等设计关键技术进行了总结,成果可为其他船闸工程建设提供借鉴.

     

    Abstract: Guiping 2nd lane ship lock is the first 3,000 t class lock on the Xijiang River,in huge size and constructed with complicated techniques,and it will quite improve the traffic capacity of the Xijiang River and make it become the first class waterway.Since its operation,vessels can go through the lock smoothly,the filling and emptying system has good energy dissipation efficiency,the vessel quantity in one lock cycle of the 2nd lane is 2.5 times that of the 1st lane,and the lockage efficiency has been greatly improved.In this paper,the key techniques,such as the lock overall layout,route selection of the rebuilt road,approach channel layout,measures for improving the flow conditions in the entrance area,filling and emptying system,lock chamber wall structure,reducing the influence of the reverse water head to the 1st lane and guaranteeing construction under dry condition in the foundation pit,have been summarized,and they can be used as references for other ship locks.
