Research and development of regional sluice safety monitoring, analysis, and early warning system based on BIM+GIS

  • Safety monitoring is an important means to ensure the safe operation of sluice projects. In response to the problems of outdated monitoring methods, isolated monitoring data, insufficient intelligent analysis capabilities, and low visualization levels in current sluice safety monitoring, this study designs the overall framework and technical architecture of a sluice safety monitoring, analysis, and early warning system based on BIM, GIS, Cesium, and WebGL technologies. The gateway service structure and processing mechanism are analyzed, and the implementation methods and processing flow of three-dimensional visualization are discussed. The system functional modules are divided, and a regional sluice safety monitoring, analysis, and early warning system based on BIM+GIS is developed. Finally, taking the Yi-Shu-Si Old Canal and Yijia River sluices as examples, a multi-database architecture ORM framework based on SqlSugar is used to support multiple databases. A gateway service that enables bidirectional communication between devices and business systems is established. The functions of three-dimensional visualization, dynamic display, and online early warning of sluice projects are realized, which can timely grasp the safety operation status of sluice projects and improve the informatization level of sluice safety monitoring.
