Flow-induced vibration of hydraulic gates and their optimization design

  • 摘要: 本文分析了作用于闸门结构的水动力荷载特性,指出了闸门振动的类型和性质,强调了特殊水动力荷载包括空穴水流对闸门振动的危害;阐述了改善水流边界条件,增加适当附加措施等减免水动力荷载的途径;讨论了结构动态优化方法对避开水流高能区,抑制结构振动的效果。最后还探讨了弧门结构的动力稳定性问题。

     

    Abstract: This paper analysed the properties of hydrodynamic loads acting on gate structures,points out types and characteristics of gate vibration, and emphasizes damage of special hydrodynamic loads such as cavitation flow etc. to gate vibration, In the paper ways are also discussed of improving flow boundary conditions and increasing suitable added measures to decrease or avoid hydrodynamic loads. In addition, effects of avoiding flow high energy areas and controlling strong gate vibration by use of structural dynamic optimization method are expounded. Finally dynamic stability of the gate was also discussed in the paper.
