Evaluation of reinforcement corrosion by electric-pulse signal transient response method

  • 摘要: 钢筋混凝土结构物中的钢筋腐蚀检测评估的新方法-电脉冲信号暂态响应法,具有快速、无损和判别准确率高的特点,它运用计算机采集处理钢筋在恒电流脉冲作 的电位暂态响应数据。求出反映钢筋腐蚀状态的特征参数-阻容(R C)值,室内试验和现场检测表明,钢筋的RC 值主要与钢筋的腐蚀状态有关。RC值小于4.4s,钢筋即腐蚀。

     

    Abstract: The new method, electric pulse signal transient response method for testing and evaluating corrosion conditions of reinforcement in concrete structures, is speedy and nondestructive with high accuracy. Based on the data of electric pulse signal transient response under the action of galvanostatic pulse collected by computer data acquisition system, the characteristic parameter of the product of resistance and capacitance ( RC ), which reflects corrosion conditions of reinforcement, is calculated. It can be seen from the results of laboratory tests and field monitoring that the value of RC is mainly related to the corrosion conditions of reinforcement, and that the reinforcement is corroded when the value of RC is less than 4.4 s.
