Abstract: For the object of the best economic benefit,feasible business projects are taken from linear programming. With the limited investment,the optimized investment sequence is got through 0-1 program which considers the rolled development of business projects and the most arranging reservoir-induced resettlement. The calculation for one reservoir in middle Yellow River is taken.
