Abstract: Through laboratory and field tests and prototype observation, the problem of feasibility of using woven geotextile with larger opening size for filter of slope protection of tidal levee is solved. Therefore a scientific basis for popularizing geotextile filter in slope protection of tidal levee in reclamation of Liaohe River delta is provided.
