  • 摘要: 结合小浪底工程排沙洞偏心铰工作弧形闸门,在模型中首次模拟偏心铰产生的特殊水动力荷载。通过实验模态分析与数值模拟相结合的综合法研究结构的动特性,建立并完善了数学模型。应用CADA及有限元动力修改进行了结构动态优化设计。经水弹性相似试验及计算机仿真计算表明,优化设计方案的结构布置合理、抗振性能增强,证实了高水头偏心铰弧形闸门具有局部开启运行的可能性。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, eccentric pivot radial gates are used at home and abroad for improving the sealing effect in high head radial gates, however, there exists special hydrodynamic functions. In this paper, combined with practical projects, the eccentric pivot is simulated for the first time in model and its special hydrodynamic loads are measured. Structural dynamic characteristics is obtained by a synthetic method of experimental modal analysis and numerical modelling. The mathematical model is established and the numerical models are being perfected. Dynamic optimization designs are carried out by sensitivity analysis and finite element dynamic modification. The optimum design are proved to be with rational structure and strengthened vibration resistance by emulation calculation, no excessive gate vibration will occur in normal operating conditions.
