Abstract: Owing to the limitation of objective condition or the reason of economy,sometimes,there may lack of necessary data and bring difficulties to rating works for sluice deterioration. This paper presents a rating method to make the grey system to become white systemby using the existing experience of rating deterioration and the result of scientific research,making use of existent to deduce unknown things.
