流动淡水对钢材阴极保护参数的影响

摘要: 在淡水中,对处于不同流速、3种表面状态的普通碳素钢进行了自然电位变化、阴极极化曲线和稳定电流密度随时间变化等试验。试验结果表明,对裸钢采用阴极保护时,所需电流密度较大,实施难度较大;而对有涂层的钢则更宜采用阴极保护措施。Abstract: Variation of natural potentials, cathodic polarization curves and variation of stable current density with time for carbon steels in flowing fresh water with different velocities and in three different surface states are tested. Results show that it is difficult to make cathodic protection on bare steel because of large current density, and that cathodic protection is suitable for coated steel.
