外贴钢板加固钢筋混凝土梁有限元分析

Finite element analyses of reinforcement concrete beams bonded with plate

  • 摘要: 对外贴钢板加固钢筋混凝土梁分别建立了钢筋混凝土、胶结层和钢板三个力学模型,即采用相应的材料本构关系和不同的有限单元形式,分析了加固梁的整体性能及胶结层的受力情况。结果表明,加固钢板沿梁长度向的两端部切向应力较大;胶结层的厚度对胶结层的切向应力和加固梁的整体性能影响均较小。

     

    Abstract: The mechanical models for reinforced concrete (RC) , cementation layer and steel plate of externally bonded RC beams are set up by using corresponding constitutive models and different types of finite elements. The integral performance of the beam and stress of the cementation layer is analyzed. It can be seen that the stress is comparatively great at both ends of the plate along the beam's length, while the thickness of the cementation layer has a little influence on the shear stress of the cementation layer and the integral performance of the beam.
