用半电池电位评估钢筋混凝土构件中钢筋腐蚀状态

Evaluation of reinforcement corrosion in reinforced concrete member by half-cell potential method

  • 摘要: 分析了混凝土水灰比、相对湿度、钢筋腐蚀状态与钢筋混凝土构件内钢筋的半电池电位的关系。并通过室内钢筋混凝土试件试验及对湛江、天津港码头部分构件的检测,初步给出了适合我国海港钢筋混凝土结构中判别钢筋腐蚀的半电池电位的范围。

     

    Abstract: The relationships between the water-cement ratio of concrete, relative humidity, corrosion state of the reinforcement and the half-cell potential of the reinforcement of a reinforced concrete member are analyzed. Based on the indoor test results of reinforced concrete samples and measured results of some members of Zhanjiang Dock and Tianjin Dock, China, the half-cell potential scope for evaluation of the reinforcement corrosion state of reinforced concrete members of coastal harbors in China is preliminarily presented.
