钢衬钢纤维混凝土背管结构研究

Study of steel line and steel fiber concrete back penstocks

  • 摘要: 结合长江三峡电站进水背管结构优化设计,通过单向拉伸、简支梁和背管模型试验,分析了钢纤维混凝土和钢衬钢筋混凝土背管的受力特性,探讨了钢纤维混凝土应用于压力管道的可行性.试验结果表明,背管结构受力过程中,钢纤维混凝土的抗拉强度可起较大的作用,故在背管结构设计中可以考虑混凝土的抗拉强度因素.基于试验成果,比较了背管的限裂和抗裂设计.

     

    Abstract: Considering the optimum design of the powerhouse penstock of the Three Gorges Project, a steel fiber concrete structure, the stress characteristics of the steel line and the steel concrete penstock are analyzed basedon tests of the uniaxial tensile and simply supported beam, and on the model test of the penstock. Feasibility of applying steel fiber concrete to the penstock is discussed. Test results show that the tensile strength of fiber concrete has an important role in the penstock structure under load and that the concrete tensile strength in structure design should be considered. Limiting crack and anti-crack design methods for penstock are compared based on the test results.
