Urban flood disaster assessment and risk management

摘要: 快速城市化背景下城市洪涝问题日趋严重,城市洪涝已成为制约经济社会可持续发展的重要瓶颈。聚焦城市洪涝灾情评估与风险管理,从城市洪涝灾情评估方法、城市洪涝风险分析与区划和城市洪涝风险管理与对策3个方面开展研究,预期成果可为城市洪涝灾害防治提供科学支撑和技术保障。Abstract: Under the background of rapid urbanization, urban flooding is becoming more and more serious. Urban flood control has become an important bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of economy and society. This study project focuses the attention on the key technology of urban flood monitoring, early warning and emergency response of the national key research and development plan "monitoring, warning and prevention of major natural disasters", and carries out the research on urban flood disaster assessment and risk management. The project is carried out in three aspects: urban flood disaster assessment method, urban flood risk analysis, and urban flood risk management and countermeasures. The expected results are of great scientific significance and practical value to the sustainable economic and social development in China.
