A comparative study of dam classification between the Chinese method and the international practices

  • 摘要: 通过对国内外大坝分类方法的对比分析,剖析了我国现行大坝分类方法的缺陷,并结合我国大坝安全与管理现状及特点,提出了改进和完善我国大坝分类方法的建议和设想,即在大坝分类时必须对溃坝后果与风险加以考虑,并逐渐过渡到按溃坝后果划分大坝工程等别及设计标准,以风险严重程度代替工程安全程度,同时还建议加强对塘坝和尾矿坝的管理.
